However, with the increasingly stringent environmental requirements, the traditional phosphating process, such as phosphorus, nitrite, nickel and sediment treatment, has gradually failed to meet the needs of modern environmental protection. The new generation of phosphorus free environmental conversion process (pottery treatment) came into being. The technology can form nanoscale film on some metal surfaces, enhance coating adhesion and corrosion resistance, and can deal with steel, zinc, aluminum and alloy materials. It is an excellent alternative to traditional phosphating process. |
